By law, Iconstyleinc.com collects sales tax for items placed in or shipped to Georgia. Orders placed/shipped to Georgia are subject to a 7.0% sales tax. The tax is automatically added at checkout.

All merchandise is shipped by Icon Style, Inc via UPS.Shipping options are:

• Ground (5-10 Business Days.)

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Iconstyleinc.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.

• We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

• *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

• If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Icon Style, Inc that the item cannot be shipped and you will be refunded for that item.

Circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, such as inclement weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS and/or USPS. In those rare conditions, the delivery times can be delayed; therefore, Icon Style, Inc cannot be held liable or guarantee a specific delivery date.

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, and with ALL tags attached. Icon Style, Inc does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please also note that Icon Style, Inc cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).

Once your package has been received at iconstyleinc.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from iconstyleinc.com.

Damaged/Defective Goods
Icon Style, Inc takes great care in inspecting each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or like item exchange.

Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges. Any items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.
